Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself from any web browser. No phone app is needed.
1. Cancel paid billing first
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription or stop billing. Plans are billed through faithfusion.ca — cancel there first, otherwise charges may continue.
2. Delete your account
- Sign in on this website (you'll be taken straight to Account settings).
- Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account.
- Recordings and files you uploaded to cloud storage.
- Notes, transcripts, meetings and sketches saved to the cloud.
- Ministry records you created: sermons, prayer requests, pastoral-care notes, contacts, follow-ups, tasks, meeting minutes, bulletin notes and events.
- Recording share links and their view history.
- Volunteer profile, assignments and updates you wrote.
- Organization and ministry memberships and roles, and consent records.
- This app's AI credit, payment and entitlement records, and its link to your faithfusion.ca billing.
If any part can't be removed, the account is not deleted and you'll see an error so you can try again or contact support.
What is kept
- Security audit records are kept with your identity removed.
- Volunteer assignments you made for other people stay in their history, with your name unlinked.
- A directory listing you created is not currently removed by self-service deletion — contact us below to have it removed.
- Billing records held by faithfusion.ca and its payment processor are not changed by this deletion.
- Copies stored only on your own device (for example, in this browser) are not removed — clear them in your browser, or delete any backup files you exported.
